Randombird Productions is the production company of short filmmaker, Emma Morley.

Emma is also a line producer in film and high end television drama and comedy and has come up the ranks through the production department, starting in the noughties as a runner on Peak Practice, and from there has been production coordinator for three series of Poldark and production manager of the first series of I Hate Susie.

Emma has also worked in the theatre and film archiving, so has a wide range of transferable skills! She started writing, directing and producing short films in 2021. Her first short, The Walled Garden, was an official selection at Bolton Film Festival in 2022 and her 2nd short film, Write Off is an official selection at Carmarthen Bay Film Festival in 2023 and Flickers’ Rhode Island Film Festival.

Randombird Productions is now based in South Wales with the aim of filming all its shorts in the area and hiring local crew, talent and suppliers where possible.
