Business Support for the Creative Industries
Flexible, remote admin and logistical support for people and businesses across the creative industries — including artists, performers, musicians, content creators, small theatre companies and arts and wellbeing organisations.
Ways we can support you
Randombird are Emma & Risetta Morley, a mother-and-daughter team providing flexible, remote administrative and logistical support to people and organisations working across the creative industries.
Alongside many years working in film and television, Emma has 11 years’ experience working within charitable theatre and archives, so we understand the day-to-day practicalities of keeping creative projects and organisations running behind the scenes.
We can provide support with everything from minute taking, diary management and research to financial administration, travel and tour bookings, contracts, expenses and general administration. You might need us for a particular task or project, during a busy period, or for regular part-time support.
We offer a personal, collaborative service and can work with your existing systems and ways of working. We’re based in Wales, but because our work is remote, we can support clients across the UK.
Practical, flexible support — whether you need us for a few hours, a particular project or on a regular basis.

Working With Us
Tell Us What you Need
Start with our short enquiry form, or email us on randombirdproductionsltd@gmail.com.
Tell us a little about your project or workflow, where you are in the process and what you'd like some help with.
You can select the areas you're interested in from our services list and there's plenty of space to tell us about anything that doesn't quite fit a box.
No project, or time you require assistance each month, is too small.
Have a look at the options
We'll send you our rate card and an initial idea of how we could help, so you'll have a clear indication of costs before deciding whether you'd like to take things further.
We offer both hourly support and fixed-price packages. For larger or more individual pieces of work, we'll put together a tailored quote.
Let’s Have a Chat
If it sounds like a good fit, book a short, no-obligation video call with us to talk through your production and what would make life easier.
We'll agree what you'd like us to take care of, how we'll work together and whether hourly support, a fixed package or a tailored arrangement makes most sense.
We Get to Work
We'll fit into the way you already work wherever possible. If your production uses Google Drive, Dropbox or another shared system, we're happy to work within it.
If you're starting from scratch, we can help you set up a simple shared filing system and trackers so everything is organised from the outset.
Once we've agreed the scope, timescale and cost, you can leave the agreed work with us and get on with making your production.
Past Project
Why us?
Alongside her extensive career in film and television production, Emma has 11 years' experience working in theatre and the archive sector, giving her a broad understanding of the administrative and practical support needed by creative people and organisations.
For five years, Emma was Administrator for New Perspectives Theatre Company in Nottinghamshire, where her role included bookkeeping, tour scheduling and liaison with venues and touring arts organisations, arranging company accommodation, and working with graphic designers, printers to produce and promote brochures and other materials.
As Business & Commercial Development Manager for the Media Archive for Central England (MACE) in Lincoln, Emma combined financial and business administration with working directly with the creative and cultural sectors. She managed the organisation's bookkeeping and prepared quarterly management accounts for the board,, licensed archive footage to television productions, and collaborated with creatives on archive-led DVD documentaries. She also liaised with a wide range of stakeholders, including libraries, museums, exhibitions and local filmmakers, helping them access and use material from the archive.
Emma's television career has also involved working closely with actors and performers.. As a Production Coordinator, she regularly managed accommodation, travel and transport logistics, dinner reservations, appointments and the many practical arrangements that sit around an actor's working schedule. This work has always required discretion, reliability and an understanding of the demands of a busy creative career.
Together, this experience underpins Randombird's Business Support for Creatives service — practical support from people who already understand the environments our clients work in.
