What’s next?
Emma is currently writing two low-budget feature films: The Settlement, a feature-length version of Sister Anna, and Dai Cowboy, a Welsh Western set in Mid-Wales — a comedy mystery about a missing horse!
She’s also in the early stages of developing an episodic short-form series using virtual production.
In fact, the two sides of Randombird fit rather nicely together. By building a business around flexible, remote production and administrative support, Emma hopes to spend less of her life away on long productions — and reclaim some evenings and weekends for writing her own.
She writes about the highs, lows and general adventures of screenwriting on Substack.
Collaborate
Randombird are always interested in talking to writers and directors about possible short film collaborations, or we can be hired for logistical and administrative support on your project.
